Aplikacja ma to czego potrzebuje. Nagrywa wrzuca na serwer z którego można udostępniać plik innym. Łatwo i przyjemnie. Jedynym minusem jest trudność nagrywania rozmów przychodzących, ale do zaplanowanych wywiadów telefonicznych apka idealna :)
Kupiłem ją jakiś czas temu, ale zwiesiło mnie, że mam gdzieś dzwonić. W pracy z klientami potrzebuję przesyłać do nich nagrania, więc opcja mp3 jest idealna!
Na ios nie ma dobrej apki nagrywającej rozmowy, nic nie przebije łatwości działania call recorder na androida. Ta aplikacja nie zapamiętuje numeru tel który nagrywamy a wykonanie za każdym razem 3 kroków by nagrać rozmowę to tragedia. Kasa wyrzucona w błoto nie polecam.
Aplikacja doskonale działa na iPhone 4, 4s i 5. W przypadku gdy prowadzimy nagrywanie np. infolinii która wymaga od nas przechodzenia przez kolejne etapy aż do konsultanta i w trakcie tonowo wybieramy kolejne cyfry. Zdarza się że tonowe wybieranie nie działa. Poza tym świetny program na każdego iPhone. Szkoda że nie dodaje automatycznie numeru rozmówcy i precyzyjnie czasu. Potem należy to nadpisać samemu. Aplikacje na Androida niestety działają wyłącznie na MOCNYCH urządzeniach, przeciętny smartfon z Adroidem nie radzi sobie z softem od Google. Co ciekawe i miłe leciwy iPhone 4 nie ma z nim problemu.
Aplikację zakupiłem czytając pozytywne opinie tutaj i po wypróbowaniu muszę od razu stwierdzić że apka nie warta swojej ceny. Obsługa powoduje że w praktyce nie można nagrać żadnej rozmowy. A już typowo przychodzących. Trzeba mieć ja cały czas włączoną a i tak pobranie pliku z nagraniem nastręcza trudności. NIE POLECAM!
I’ve been a loyal TapeACall user for over four years now. While the app hasn’t undergone many significant changes, it remains one of the most stable I’ve used. However, the annual price increase, which doesn’t justify the improvements, is a major downside. The primary reason for my low rating is the lack of easy access or download of all my recordings. There used to be a web portal that facilitated this, but it no longer works for me. Since I opted not to renew my subscription, I’ve lost access to all my recordings that weren’t downloaded.
After you record you lose everything! This happened often, I stopped my subscription. Their customer service doesn’t exist! $50.00/ yr?! I don’t recommend it to anyone!
I made a lifetime purchase when the Pro version of the app first came out. Then they changed to a subscription service and said I would lose all my calls unless I paid the steep subscription fee. Nah!

This app doesn't work at all as they claim. I have to make a call, merge the calls, and then have a conversation with someone on the line. This is ridiculous. I feel misled and was under the impression that the app would automatically record all my phone calls. Instead, I have to go through seven steps that I could easily do myself without paying $11.
1. They upped their prices by a LOT after the first year! 2. If I agree to pay for one of the new plans, I have no idea which one I need to be able to keep the years’ worth of recordings that I have. So I’m stuck with the most expensive. Like $250. There’s no description explaining the multiple plans. 3. They say in the Q&A that you can download your recordings, but I can’t have all that on my phone And 4.When you log into your account on a computer, you get nothing, but “Error Occured” 5. The customer support email address they’re putting on other people’s comments on here they don’t respond to!
Do not buy. The company has changed the terms and now claims I somehow bought a “one year subscription” in 2021, when in fact, I bought the app—full stop—and there was no subscription option at that point. Do not trust this company to honor your purchase or deal honestly with you. There are plenty of other good recording apps; skip this one due to their unethical practices.
I have loved this app but it will no longer open for me - I deleted and reinstalled and it still won’t open - I lost several years worth of important recordings and am unable to get help from their website - At this point I want a refund
After purchasing a LIFETIME license, the dev that purchased this app, along with many others revoked the lifetime license and now requires users that paid for said lifetime license to pay an excessive monthly or annual subscription. Disregarding early adopters that paid for lifetime access in good faith is unethical and just bad business. It indicates greed as the nearsighted driving motivation rather than profit. With nearly 2MM apps in the iOS AppStore and 50k new apps launching every month, there’s no shortage of alternatives that are built by honest developers who respect their users… devs need loyal users much more than any of us need their specific app.

If there was a rating lower than one star, I would give it. I had a “Lifetime” subscription, now get a message saying my “annual” subscription has expired. How does a lifetime subscription expire if I’m still breathing and the app still exists?! I want to download my recordings and be done with this company!!!!
Have used this app for years. Have quite a bit of files on it. It often forgets my subscription, and makes me hit “restore”. Several months back, the fee went from $1.99-2.99/mo to 5.99-7.99/mo. But recently, it tried to force me to pay a NEW subscription fee - DESPITE being already subscribed at a lower rate - that is astronomically higher. Something like 7.99 a week! $32 a month or $384 a year! Additionally I can’t access MY files which are on their server without paying the new subscription fee! Also there is no support. For years I recommended this app to people. I will no longer be subscribing. Great job developers, getting hundreds of bad reviews. This does not offer value in comparison to other apps, affordability, reliability, or support.
I installed this app on an iPhone 12. When trying to call out the app does not act as the video tutorial display shows. It does not allow me to actually make a phone call. And there’s no way to contact “support “
I’ve been using this app for over three years and have really enjoyed it, except for the Merge Function. I don’t understand why the TapeACall Pro Version does not have an automatic merge option like the non-Pro or regular TapeACall version. It used to and then their updates changed that option. It’s be great to have that option available again given the tripling of annual fees for the app. Higher price, lower functionality. Still, it’s a really good app.
Unbelievable! I’ve used this app for several years but was just notified these THIEVES are raising their subscription from $19.95 to $69.95 a year. That’s OBSCENE! A FIFTY DOLLAR INCREASE! Are they CRAZY?!?! I’ve just CANCELLED my subscription and am grateful I caught it in time. Considering that the new Apple iOS also lets us record calls for FREE, the price increase for TapeACall is even MORE RIDICULOUS! Rip Off!
I’ve subscribed for years. It was popular at the law firm I was then with. It’s a good app but could be better. For one, there’s no ability to download all recordings as a batch. They make you transfer them one by one which is extremely tedious. And customer service, in my experience, is non existent. I’ve probably contacted them a dozen times over the years regarding various issues but have never heard back from them. I’m also not comfortable with their tracking and new terms of service. I made the mistake of updating the app and was then forced to accept their new terms or I couldn’t get to my recordings, many of which are legal in nature. Highly unethical and I believe illegal to hold my recordings hostage as coercion to accept new terms. I intend to, among other things, forward my concerns to the New York Attorney General’s office. If the aforementioned wasn’t enough, they just announced they’re raising the annual subscription from $9.99 to $59.99. As soon as I download my recordings I’ll be canceling. There are numerous other options that I believe will work just as well and for much lower cost.
I paid for the app and later changed my phone number. Now I’m asked to pay a subscription to get what I’ve previously paid for and should be entitled to.
I’ve had this app since 2018, happily paying $19.99/year. Would you know I get an email from Apple a few days ago saying “Your Subscription Price Increase” and proceeds to let me know these thieves are now charging $69.99/year. It WAS worth the $19.99/year because it’s not the best and also not the worst out there, but definitely NOT worth $69.99/year. All of my recordings have a “click” in them as the other person is talking and they’ve taken away a lot of the basic features it once had. They’re CANCELED!

i have upgraded my ios 15 to 16 and have lost my subscription which expires june 5 2025 how can i gain access to my account without having to pay again??
This App used to be great then They stopped having the dialer to dial out within app and the developers won’t get back to you. Requested additional help / an explanation about why the dialer is no longer available but have yet to hear back for over a month. For that reason I canceled my subscription and my employees and family members subscriptions also. Steer clear of this app they will make changes not tell you then if you need support or have questions good luck getting reply back

This App almost perfect before the new update. No longer can I use this app 😒
This needs to be changed back to the previous way of recorder outgoing calls. The new way results in a long silence time in the recording before actually hearing the call. Also when you do merge the calls, it makes the call pause for about three seconds which messes up starting the call which is the most important part of a cold call. It does still record well but please turn that back!
Had an issue after updating my iPhone and the app now requiring a subscription. Have had this app since 2014, before the subscription model was added. Emailed support with my phone number and they were able to restore access in less than a week.
I bought the app for $9.99 years ago and now they locked all my access to the app behind subscription this is illegal without notice or without grandfather in.
I’ve had TapeACall for over four years. I paid for the premium service and at the time it was a one time payment. I tried logging in today and I’m being asked for a subscription fee. I don’t understand why they would change the condition of my subscription after I’ve been with them for so many years. What they should do is charge new subscribers with an annual fee but grandfather older members with the initial one time payment they offered.
This app recently changed with an update. You initially could hit one button, type in the number you wanted to call, and then tap start. The app did the rest and automatically recorded when the party answered. Now, you have to call a main number and merge the calls manually. Please roll this back to how it was before.
I purchased TapeACall pro lifetime, and now I get an error that my subscription is not found, and I have no access to my recordings. I've gone to your website, and I don't see any way to get support
I purchased the full version of the ‘Tape a Call Pro’ app a couple of years ago and was a big fan. I had dozens of important recordings saved and used it frequently. However, after a recent update, all of my recordings were wiped, including the last conversation between me and my dad before he passed wishing me a happy birthday. That’s my fault I should have saved it elsewhere, but I really used to have a lot of faith in this app and recommended it to everyone I knew. Now the app has switched from a one-time purchase to a subscription model, asking for $7.99 per week for something we’ve already paid for. This feels incredibly greedy and unfair to loyal customers. I want my money back for my original purchase or my app back. Please
Before the last app update, outgoing calls would seamlessly merge automatically. After the app update the user has to do the merging themselves. Terrible. App is taking steps backward..
I used TapeACall for some time. However, they unexpectedly just changed to an EXPENSIVE subscription setup and they are denying me access to my previous recordings in the mean time. So now I'm probably going to have to look for another alternative. Even if I sub for a week or two. 🙄
I bought the app and upgraded to the pro version. When I purchased tapeacallpro their was no subscription when purchasing. Went to open the app today and it wants me to pay either a weekly or yearly for a subscription. This is called bait and switch. You sold a product without a subscription and now are withholding recordings and use of the program that was purchased. This is ILLEGAL. DO NOT BUY
(1) Avoid subscribing to this app as it lacks professionalism. (2) In September 2024, I changed my phone number and lost my TapeACall Pro subscription since it was linked to my old number. (3) I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to update my phone through the app’s chat and tech support email, but it hasn’t been successful. (3) Despite reading my email once, tech support opted not to respond or assist. I am aware that my emails are being read as I have email tracking that notifies me when they are opened. (4) Despite sending a second email and initiating another chat, my request to update my phone number was unsuccessful. (5) In addition, I unknowingly bought an app that requires a yearly subscription, which is misleading since it’s advertised as a one-time purchase app.
Just received notification that cost of Pro version is increasing from $7.99/yr to $49.99/yr. The app works fine but with so many other similar apps, I don’t see the value anymore.
Super lame. I subscribed for over ten years at the $10 per year. Now all of a sudden from 2023 to 2024 the subscription price went from $10 per year and now $60 per year!!! WTF… Extremely shady.

I used this for several years and I thought it was great. They jumped up to a $50 increase per year so I stopped using it. After about six or eight months I thought I would try it again and check the price and it was still $69 for the year. I accepted it then immediately got a charge for $96.32.... no explanation for the additional excessive charge i.e. taxes whatever. Thankfully it went against a card I had tried to delete in my wallet so was rejected. The bottom line is there is no way to get hold of these people other than Facebook or Instagram. And if you dig hard enough you're going to find an email there is no telephone support even though they are selling a product designed for the telephone. That should be your first clue. Second clue is they do not respond to email. If someone out there knows of a more professional service please let me know.
I’ve had this app for years. Sometimes I use it, sometimes I don’t so that iPhone offload it sometimes. I want to reinstall the app today. And try to restore. Because I bought this paid version years ago. Now it is telling me that I have to pay a subscription to use it per year. When in the past, it would always work. I do not recommend this app. I would say go with somebody else, who is cheaper if you have to pay subscription. I got this five stars years ago. Now I’m giving you a one star. It is unfortunate that the company have moved to this model. I will never deal or buy any software that they create again.
Can’t activate the app cause it’s acting stupid thing will only let you put in 5 digits for the verification code. When it says to enter 6. Stupid!
It will not let me type in the 6 digit code to verify my phone number and when it does it says invalid or error code therefore I just wasted 10$. Have asked for a refund unfortunately and have a iPhone 14.
I have used their product for years, back before their subscription model. I was fine with it though, at $29/yr. Then I received notice this year it was going up to $69/yr. That is incredibly improper to say the least, so I will be looking elsewhere. Developers: drop your price and make incremental increases. And — offer a discount for family use (i.e. 2-person family price).
I purchased this app today, upon opening the app it makes you enter your phone number and verify it over text. The number they sent me to verify my phone number was a 6 digit code, but on the app there’s only spots to enter 5 digits. So I’m unable to access the app that I paid for.👍🏻
Once it takes your money their app asks for your phone number. It sends you a 6 digit code but only gives you 5 spaces to put in the number then it continuously tells asks you if you gave them the right number, but your never able to put in the 6 digit code for it to work. BEWARE!!!!!
I have emailed so many times. To get back into account you need to type your number and then they should send a 5 digit code, but it’s sending a 6 digit code. The code is not working obviously I’ve emailed so many times. Their website is broken. What a mess.
I wish I could leave a zero star review. Paid for it, downloaded it and can’t even get into it because it asks for a 6 digit code that it sent via text but there are only 5 spaces so it will not work.
