Completely unreliable paired with horrible tech support.

Completely unreliable. Dont think you are getting the best recorder just because its the most expensive. My recordings have been stuck in processing for over a day and their response is to be patient. I dont record calls so I can access them some unknown time in the future, I record calls so I can use them for stories on a tight deadline. Not sure where all the positive reviews come from. Also wont offer a refund for a product that doesnt work.
